Type : Full-Time Term : Temporary Position Details Our Lady's Assumption School is a double stream, co-educational Catholic primary school catering for children from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 with a current enrolment of 470 children. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative educator and leader to join our team. The suitable applicant will be an individual who actively lives out their faith. A secondment will be offered if your current Principal approves the appointment and secondment. Selection Criteria In your application, you are required to write a maximum of 200 words for each item below. Explain your leadership traits and how this will positively impact OLA.Experience in implementing the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and the Australian Teacher Performance & Development Framework (Growth Plans);Explain your involvement in supporting those students requiring explicit remediation and support, especially SWD students.Ability to engage in reflective dialogue and work with staff in the development of teaching and learning. Examples may include: Instructional Walks, Observations of instruction, Student work, Assessment data, Coaching or Mentoring.Experience with analysing both whole school and individual data through Power BI, Elastik and ACER;Explain how you would support the Principal in the four pillars of the QCE model;Proven ability to lead staff in enhancement of instructional pedagogy, curriculum development and professional learning with a focus on school priorities and goals;High level of initiative, innovation and the ability to work as part of a collaborative and dynamic leadership team;Explain your involvement in leading wellness opportunities for students and staff;Explain how you would communicate with the parish, priest, P&F, CSAC and Community.
