Job tasks and responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager , you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day management of a portfolio of Properties ( Owners Corporations )

Daily tasks include:

Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with Property Owners and Maintenance Contractors .

Handling general enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner

Replying to and collating general enquiries .

Liaising with Maintenance Contractors / Tradesmen.

Maintenance of Records

Skills and experience

Even though experience in the Owners Corporation industry is an advantage , it is not essential .. Friendly and Experience staff will assist with on the job training. 

Demonstrate professional and confident communication skills 

Computer and Keyboard skills 

Excellent time ,management skills

A dedicated team player who considers customer service as a priority 

Be able to work Autonomously 

Be able to work within a fun and friendly team.

Depending on the circumstances , we can offer flexibility in working hours between Monday to Friday . ( Normal Working hours 9am - 5pm )
