The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is driven, team-focused, and passionate about hospitality. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading and mentoring the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing service to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience

• Leading, mentoring, and training the front-of-house team

• Managing reservations, staff schedules, and daily restaurant operations

• Assisting with cost control, inventory management, and financial performance

• Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

• Contributing to marketing initiatives and guest engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting

• A hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate a team

• A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems

• Familiarity with food safety, liquor licensing, and industry regulations

• A love for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
