The Role:
As Associate Director, you'll lead and grow a team, drive client success, and oversee the delivery of projects in data centres, BTR, mixed-use, and office developments. First, you will take the reins on two BTR projects, both in the ECI stages, $120M+.

You'll play a key role in business development, project strategy, and fostering strong client relationships across multiple sectors. Reporting to the directors, you will be supported and allowed to grow and develop your business acumen as you progress. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and lead a high-performing team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, delivering innovative solutions.
• Manage the successful delivery of projects, focusing on quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and support company growth.

The Foundation for Success: 

• Extensive experience in consulting project management with proven construction understanding across various projects here in Melbourne. 
• You will likely be an established Senior Project Manager or Project Director.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Values-driven, with a commitment to integrity, teamwork, and transformation.
• Experience in leading a team while delivering complex projects.
