  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with projects, ensuring that emerging issues are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Information Synthesis: Quickly and accurately synthesize information from various sources to inform decision-making and provide high-quality, actionable advice to the Premier, Cabinet, and senior department executives.

We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about driving government priorities and making a tangible impact through strategic leadership. You will have:

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in leading complex projects and service delivery reforms, particularly within government or similar settings
  • Delivery expertise with a track record of driving implementation of complex, collaborative projects

  • Analytical & Advisory Skills: Demonstrated ability to critically assess complex issues and provide strategic, evidence-based advice to senior government officials
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Skilled in identifying and managing risks and challenges in high-pressure environments
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it in clear, actionable formats
