To support this evolution, they are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partnering leader to bring strategic agility, commercial acumen, and a passion for people-driven impact.

Position:

The Associate Director – HR Business Partnering will support and influence the executive and senior leadership teams across core business units. You’ll play a central role in shaping and executing the people strategy.

This is a high-impact, senior-facing position suited for A-players who have successfully operated in Tier 1, large-scale, matrix enterprises and know how to align people, performance, and purpose at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior business leaders, helping to shape workforce strategy, organisational design, and culture in alignment with business goals.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions across talent planning, transformation, leadership capability, and engagement.
  • Operate effectively in a matrix structure, building trusted relationships across global and regional stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, DEI) to create seamless, business-aligned people experiences.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives that drive agility, digital readiness, and competitive advantage.
  • Use people analytics and insights to support decision-making and optimise workforce effectiveness.
  • Drive a high-performance, inclusive, and values-led culture through strong leadership engagement and development strategies.

About You

An accomplished HR business partner with deep experience in large-scale, matrix, multinational environments will succeed in this role.

You will bring a proactive, commercial mindset and will be recognised for your ability to lead at pace, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver people strategies that move the dial.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on partnering at executive level.
  • Proven success in navigating and influencing within matrix structures across multiple functions.
  • Strong track record in leading strategic HR programs in fast-evolving environments, including org transformation and leadership development.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and solutions-focused.
  • Respected for your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
