About the role

We are on the lookout for a driven, enthusiastic, and personable individual to fill the role of Associate Buyer’s Agent.

Experience in the property industry is essential.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our Managing Director and a team of experienced Buyer’s Agents who will support you in developing your skills. The goal is for you to progress into a full Buyer’s Agent position once you have demonstrated the required skill and proficiency.

We’re looking for someone who loves property and is seeking a fulfilling role in the industry where you can make a real difference in people’s lives.

This role will involve but is not limited to:

• Research and sourcing of properties for clients

• Due diligence on properties

• Liaising with clients

• CRM management

• Build, maintain and utilise relationships with real estate agents

• Property market analysis and report writing

• Assist with other general company growth activities

Who we’re looking for

The Essentials:

• Prior experience in the Property industry

• Driven, enthusiastic, intelligent, and personable

• Strong written and verbal skills

• MS Office proficiency

• Attention to detail

• Genuine interest in the Australian property market and investment/property investment

• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

• A desire to help grow an exciting and growing company

• Work from our vibrant office in North Sydney 
   

The Preferred But Not Essentials:

• CRM experience

• Experience with creating Comparable Market Analysis reports 

• Experience using RP Data and Core Logic platforms

• Tertiary degree – ideally in commerce, business, engineering, law, or property

• Certificate IV in Real Estate

• Real Estate Agent License – NSW Certificate of Registration or higher

• Personal property investment experience
