Our Online Network and Growth team within our Digital function is growing and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Product Manager to join the team.
In this role you will be responsible for analytical ownership to drive key insights and decision making. You will track & evaluate delivery performance against key metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This includes conducting post-implementation reviews on recent projects or initiatives and use data to help drive commercial outcomes and strategic decision making. You will provide recommendations for improvement for continued evolution of initiatives.
You will be required to develop and maintain analytical frameworks to monitor performance metrics and conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive commercial decision-making. This also involves leading post-implementation reviews of delivery initiatives to assess performance against KPIs and gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of delivery strategies.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data insights that inform strategic direction and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes. Including analysing current delivery propositions and identifying areas for optimization based on insights derived from data.
As part of this role, you serve as a key advisor on analytics and data visualization, influencing commercial strategies. You will be required to prepare regular reports to communicate analytical findings, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
You have exceptional analytical and numeric skills and are highly experienced in Power BI, Tableau PowerPoint and Excel to support data collation and analysis to create dashboards and content.
