Audio Visual PreSales Leader

Our client is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer to leverage their technical expertise to craft innovative solutions, optimise business outcomes, and secure technical buy-in from key decision-makers.

Based in Melbourne, you’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to design fit-for-purpose, high-impact solutions that address customer needs while aligning with business objectives. Your ability to foster relationships, simplify complexity, and deliver value-driven technical strategies will be instrumental in our success.

�� Salary: $130K to $160K + superannuation 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design & Recommend Solutions – Scope tailored Audio Visual solutions that maximise value for both customers and the company.
• Engage & Influence – Establish trust with technical decision-makers to secure commitment on key opportunities.
• Collaborate & Align – Work alongside sales and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Educate & Mentor – Enhance team capabilities by sharing product knowledge and technical sales expertise.
• Lead Technical Success – Support the sales cycle by providing expertise in solution design, business cases, and customer presentations.

• 5+ years’ experience in AV/ICT service delivery, with a strong understanding of solution architecture.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills – confidence in working with customers and internal teams.
• Relevant qualifications in IT, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science is highly regarded
• Microsoft certifications & AVIXA CTS highly regarded.
• Proven pre-sales technical expertise with a track record of designing and delivering impactful solutions.
• A natural problem-solver, able to translate technical requirements into business-ready strategies.
