The opportunity

Menzies auto and residential glass pty ltd' is seeking an experienced Auto Glazier/Windscreen Fitter to join their team in Muswellbrook, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for providing expert automotive glass repair and replacement services to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently remove, repair, and replace windscreens, side windows, and rear windows in a variety of vehicle makes and models

• Diagnose and assess vehicle glass issues, providing expert recommendations to customers

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with industry regulations

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair/replacement process

• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and continuously improve processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Auto Glazier or Windscreen Fitter

• Excellent technical skills and familiarity with modern vehicle glass systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude

• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
