Automotive AC Technician

Prestige Automotive NT Pty Ltd is a small locally owned thriving business located in Yarrawonga, 15km south of Darwin CBD. We specialise in auto electrical diagnostics and repairs, car audio, vehicle fit-outs, A/C repairs, communications, accessory fitting, mine spec fit-outs, tracking systems and more. We work on light vehicles, machinery, trucks, boats, etc, both in our workshop and in the field.

We are seeking a qualified Automotive AC Technician to join the team. Experience in AC diagnostic and repair is essential, as well as a Refrigerant Handling Licence.

Qualifications & experience

• Automotive Air Conditioning ARC Accreditation

• Current driver’s license

• Efficiency in diagnostic and repairs

• A “can do” attitude with the ability to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised.

• Excellent time management and task completion skills essential, with a commitment to quality control

This position is both based in the workshop and in the field, a work vehicle is provided. Must be able to work as part of a team and also independently. Work days include weekdays, some weekends, overtime available. Flexibility in working hours/days.

Experience in auto electrical highly desired.
