About the role:

• Develop a strong team culture that encourages success and minimises staff turnover
• Create a profit orientated environment managing all aspects of the dealership including finance & insurance, parts & accessories, service department, new and used motorcycle sales
• Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and maintain manufacturer relationships
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to including workplace health & safety, sales processes and human resources
• Staff training and development including performance management reviews
• Work closely with marketing department to plan dealership specific events and promotions

About you:

• You will have a proven background in sales, sales management and/or finance & insurance sales within an automotive dealership
• Strong communication skills are essential as your role is to provide leadership, training, and direction to the team members under your guidance
• Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excel at customer service, maximising customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.

PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position you must have strong sales experience in a car or motorcycle dealership.  You must be a motorcyclist!
