Automotive Electricians - QLD (3911697)

Our client, Blenners Transport Pty Ltd, is a family owned and operated business, transporting frozen, chilled and dry palletised freight for customers across Australia.

Just Automotive Recruitment is in search of an experienced Auto Electrician that will join the team based at QLD. 

What we offer:

• 2 fulltime position is available
• $65,000 - $90,000 PA depending on experience
• Location: QLD

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar role, having worked on commercial vehicles
• Trade qualification in Auto Electrician
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a valid forklift licence preferred but not essential
• Available to travel to various locations when needed. 
• Knowledge and experience of modern heavy vehicle and trailer electrical and electronic systems.
• Be self-motivated and work in a professional manner.
• Team player with the ability to work unsupervised

The Role:

• Accurately note and complete service repair orders
• Carry out service and repairs according to manufacturers specification
• Complete electrical fit out to new vehicle / trailer builds
• Attend electrical breakdowns if required
• Ensure all installations, service and repairs are accurately documented and to quality standards  
• EBS brake system maintenance
• Strong Knowledge of electrical Systems
• Experience with heavy vehicles is highly regarded
