Automotive Receptionist

Donnelly Automotive Gold Coast is looking for an experienced Automotive Receptionist to join our friendly team. We are a family owned and operated business offering exceptional service to our customers for over 30 years.

Requirements for this role:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

• part time 4-5 days per week

The right candidate needs to be well organised, time managed, experienced individual.

Solid experience with email, Microsoft programs, ability to complete data entry efficiently and accurately.

Some Knowledge of vehicles is a must.

Ability to learn workshop and parts software.

Connect with customers in a professional and friendly manner, build rapport quickly.

prioritise important tasks, be flexible to change.

Make service bookings.

Prepare repair orders.

Update customer details

Liaising with workshop and parts ordering.

Other office duties required.

Must have drivers licence  

Must have some motor vehicle knowledge
