About the Role:
- Be the point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their repair journey
- Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Oversee the receiving, checking and organising of parts to ensure smooth repair operations
- Communicate with management as to the availability of parts needed for the days scheduled jobs and any parts delays
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate the return and replacement of damaged parts.
- Assisting with vehicle markups and production as required
- Work closely with the site manager to coordinate daily priorities and provide 2IC support when needed
About You:
- Previous employment within a vehicle repair workshop (highly advantageous)
- Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts
- IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with others
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
