About the role

Join the dynamic team at The Southern Public Bar and Bistro as FOH staff. This role will see you providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of this popular hospitality venue.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Taking food and beverage orders and processing payments efficiently

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to high standards

• Ensuring the bar, dining and common areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times

• Assisting with general food and beverage service as required

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar bar or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• A keen interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
