Bar & Gaming Attentants

About the role

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant at ALH Group - Club Tavern', you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue for our bar and gaming operations. This casual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a lively, social environment. You will be based at our Liverpool NSW 2170 location.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and efficient table service to customers in the bar and gaming areas

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

• Maintaining the bar, gaming and customer service areas to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation

• Adhering to all liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations

• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

• Supporting the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a bar, gaming or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a friendly, professional manner

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

• A current RCG/ARCG certification.

• TAB & KENO experience recommended but not required.

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
