Task & Responsibilities

Supervise bar staff and ensure smooth operations
Oversee inventory and stock control
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Develop and implement bar policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Qualification & Experience

At least 12months previous experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of beverage trends and industry regulations
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
