Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers with a smile, take drink orders, and provide outstanding service that keeps guests coming back. Share your knowledge of our extensive beer selection and recommend the perfect brew for each guest!

• Attention to Detail: Whether it’s crafting the perfect drink or keeping the bar spotless, your excellent attention to detail will ensure the best experience for our guests.

• Inventory & Stocking: Stay on top of bar inventory, helping to monitor stock levels, organize deliveries, and keep the bar fully stocked and ready for action.

• Health & Safety: Be proactive in maintaining a safe, clean environment and ensuring compliance with health regulations, including Responsible Service of Alcohol.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to create a positive and energetic atmosphere. Your teamwork skills will help ensure everything runs smoothly, even at the busiest times!

• Problem Solver: Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, turning any challenge into a chance to impress.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous bartending or hospitality experience is a must.

• Current RSA qualifications.

• Flexibility: You’re ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the brewery is buzzing with excitement!
