Barista – Leible Coffee

Are you a passionate barista ready to take your skills to the next level in the specialty coffee scene? Leible Coffee is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead workflow, delegate tasks to all-rounders, and help keep the café humming smoothly during the daily rush.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Craft consistently high-quality espresso, batch brew, and filter coffee
• Maintain precise extractions and uphold drink quality every time
• Proactively manage order flow and reduce wait times
• Oversee the bench area, keeping it clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate with clarity and care when handling customer concerns
• Support team collaboration to ensure seamless café operations
• Keep the café tidy and inviting throughout service
• Follow recipes and standards with discipline and pride
• Clean and maintain group heads, portafilters, and equipment regularly

• Experience as a barista in a busy, fast-paced café
• Confident communication and top-notch customer service skills
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of consistency
• Ability to stay cool, organized, and efficient under pressure
• A deep love for coffee and a hunger to keep learning

Pay: $29.23 – $58.66 per hour
