The Little Banksia Cafe in Kensington is seeking a Experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have;

• 2 years experience in a similar fast paced environment

• Be able to produce high volumes of coffee without compromising quality.

• Steam and pour silky smooth milk and serve our customers the perfect coffee every time

• Prepare teas and other drinks such as smoothies/juices

• Exceptional customer service

• General front of house duties including clearing and cleaning tables, running food, ordering, arranging displays, stock control, till and daily cleaning tasks.

• You must be willing to work in all areas of front of house when required

• Work well within a team and under pressure

This position is for 15-30 hours per week. Hours and pay can negotiated for ideal candidate. We are open 7 days, weekend availability essential.

 Award rates. Staff meals & car parking provided. Closed all public holidays. We are looking for someone with long term commitment as we have a small team with extremely low staff turn over rate.
