Our thriving bakery located in West Footscray (Inner West Swedish Baker) is seeking an experienced barista to join our team. Your role in our company is to ensure our high quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

- Consistently make great coffee

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service

· Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work tidily and work as part of a team

· Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks

Proficiency in English

Hours offered – Tuesday to Sunday 6.30 am to 12.00 noon. 5/6 shifts available.
