MOB Camberwell is on the lookout for passionate and energetic Baristas, Supervisors, and Wait Staff to join our vibrant team! We are a busy, fast-paced café with a strong focus on quality coffee, great food, and exceptional service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both our customers and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and equipment.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Supervisor:

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.
• Assist with staff training, rostering, and problem-solving.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Waitstaff:

• Provide attentive and friendly table service.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Specialty coffee and high-volume experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
