Barista/All Rounder

We're looking for an experienced barista/all rounder to join the team at Mr Craftsman in Keysborough

Shift times Tuesday and Thursday 7am-2pm. More shifts are available to the right candidate interested in customer service.

Specifically this role will involve:

• Being the in-house coffee expert and understanding coffee extraction
• Working on a La Marzocco Linea PB - 3 group head
• Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to POS service, running food out, cleaning tables etc
• Experience working as a barista in a busy environment
• Getting to know our customers and their regular coffee/food orders
• Work efficiently while maintaining a clean, tidy and well prepared service area
• Must be comfortable working on the coffee machine quickly
• Must be able to multitask and be a team player, providing support where required
• You will also complete pack down including cleaning for end of day closure

You must have a strong coffee knowledge. You'll be working as part of supportive team.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
