Bid/Submission Coordinator

Are you an experienced Bid and Submissions coordinator looking for a new opportunity? This national size architecture practice is expending their marketing and business development team with an experience bid coordinator.

In this role, you will be conducting the end-to-end tender process and being responsible for developing well detailed, yet creative bids and submissions following branding guidelines. You will be able to communicate effectively with senior designers and sub-contractors to gather all relevant content in a timely manner.

This practice prides itself on their good work culture and clear pathway to career progression. With weekly team lunches and a mentoring programmed, you will be accessing great support to perform your role successfully.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end process of bids and submissions and consistently updating the tender portal.

• Collecting and obtaining all relevant information from project leads and formatting using relevant terminology and branding guidelines.

• Organizing and attending meeting with business development team to identify new business opportunities and present timelines and progress.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years' experience as Bid Coordinator in the design and architecture industry

• Exceptional attention to detail and copy writing skills.

• The ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
