Blind and Awning Installer

Grahams Blinds & Security Mittagong is seeking a Full Time skilled and dedicated Installer to join our dynamic team. This position involves the installation of our wide range of window furnishings, including blinds, shutters, awnings, curtains and security screens. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately install various types of window furnishings according to company standards and customer specifications.

• Interpret and follow work orders and product manuals to complete installations effectively and efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and ensuring customer satisfaction with the installed products.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth project completion and follow-up.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, inventory used, and time spent on each project.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations.
