Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service premium blinds, shutters, curtains, and other window furnishings in high-end residential and commercial settings.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for warranty and service work.
• Engage with resellers and facility managers to build strong relationships and support business growth.
• Problem-solve on-site and ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
• Liaise with the Customer Care and Sales Teams to ensure seamless service and project execution.

Skills & Experience:

• Sound experience in window furnishing installation  with a genuine pride in your workmanship (or similar trade background).
• Background and trade qualifications (non essential but would be great to have)  in carpentry, electrical, shopfitting, or another aligned area.
• Strong technical ability with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills—representing the brand professionally.
• Current Driver’s License and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow effectively.
• Comfortable with basic technology (emails, job tracking, stock ordering).
