As a full-time Installer, you will play an integral role in bringing our high-quality products to life in our customers' homes and businesses. You’ll work as part of a supportive and dynamic team that values your skills and hard work while providing you with opportunities for growth within our thriving local business.

The Role and Responsibilities:
Your role as an Installer will involve:

• Installing a variety of indoor and outdoor shade solutions, including blinds, awnings, roller shutters, and shade sails.

• Reading and interpreting product layouts, plans, and measurements for accurate installations.

• Problem-solving and finding tailored solutions to suit customer needs.

• Safely handling tools and equipment while adhering to workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.

• Building positive relationships with customers through clear and professional communication.

• Representing Ede Shade Solutions' values and commitment to exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
At Ede Shade Solutions, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who embodies our commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, you will:

• Previous experience in building, Cabinet making, mechanical, installation is highly regarded.

• Relevant trade qualifications or skills are beneficial – full training will be provided!

• Be physically fit, as manual handling and lifting are required.

• Hold a valid manual driver’s license.

• Be competent and confident in using a range of tools.

• Have an eye for detail and take immense pride in completing work to a high standard.

• Possess excellent communication skills and be customer-focused.

• Be highly motivated, energetic, and adaptable to a variety of tasks.

• Follow strict adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines.
