With strong growth and a pipeline of high-profile projects, they’re now seeking a seasoned BMS Project Manager to join their Sydney team. The Role: As a BMS Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivering end-to-end BMS projects—from initial client engagement through to commissioning and handover. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and technical delivery to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of BMS installation projects across Sydney and NSW.Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication at every stage.Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with Australian standards.Track project milestones and manage reporting/documentation.Hands on requirement when needed and site managing too. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in project management within BMS/building automation.Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (e.g. Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell).Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Familiarity with construction and commissioning processes.Electrical or mechanical engineering background preferred.PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a bonus.
