  • Exceptional attention to detail

No previous work experience is required, but a keen interest in all things automotive is a distinct advantage or completion of a Pre-apprenticeship course. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career with a premier auto-group and receive the best training possible in a professional, supportive environment.

You will have the chance to learn a broad range of skills including:
  • Learning to determine the nature and extent of damage to a vehicle so it can be repaired
  • Finishing techniques including filling and sanding of panel surfaces
  • Learning the latest techniques for repairing metal, fibreglass and plastic bodywork of vehicles
  • Understand how to cost a repair against re-sale value of the car
  • Repairing a wide range of makes and models
  • Working on a wide variety of vehicles, makes and models
The benefits:
  • Full provision of your own PPE gear
  • Constant support from your experienced WPC Group mentor
  • Assistance with enrolling into TAFE
  • Professional and state of the artwork environment with a friendly team
