About the Role:
As a Pork Boner, you will play a critical role in the processing of pork products. This hands-on position requires precision and attention to detail. You will be responsible for the careful removal of bones from pork cuts to ensure product quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently and safely remove bones from pork cuts.
Deboning, trimming and cutting various meat cuts.
Ensure all pork products meet the required quality standards.
Work with the production team to maintain smooth and timely operations.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Report any issues or defects with the product to supervisors.
Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning)
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work with sharp tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of product quality.
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
Full working rights in Australia with availability to work Full-Time (38 hours / week)
