About the Role:

As a Pork Boner, you will play a critical role in the processing of pork products. This hands-on position requires precision and attention to detail. You will be responsible for the careful removal of bones from pork cuts to ensure product quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and safely remove bones from pork cuts.

  • Deboning, trimming and cutting various meat cuts.

  • Ensure all pork products meet the required quality standards.

  • Work with the production team to maintain smooth and timely operations.

  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

  • Report any issues or defects with the product to supervisors.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning)

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to work with sharp tools and equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of product quality.

  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

  • Full working rights in Australia with availability to work Full-Time (38 hours / week)
