The role
Beach Avenue Wholesalers' are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join their team based in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a diverse role that will provide valuable support to the broader business.
Key responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounts payable/receivable
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Manage payroll and superannuation contributions
Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
Ensure all regulatory and compliance obligations are met
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance/administration role
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
