• Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations

• Drive team performance to meet and exceed business targets

• Deliver staff coaching and training

• Foster strong relationships with job seekers, employers, and community partners

• Provide insights and reports to Regional and National Managers

• Experience in Employment Services or Recruitment

• A strong track record in leading, mentoring, and managing performance
