 YOUR ROLE

We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Account/Brand Manager to join our Auckland-based Consumer (Retail) Division. Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll play an important part in driving sales, market share and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and leveraging a strong understanding of the New Zealand FMCG environment. 

Working closely with the Business Manager and Sales Manager, your role will focus on producing a structured brand strategy to develop and maintain product ranges and suppliers across Pharmacy, Grocery and Retail sectors to maximise sale and margin growth while contributing to a fun and productive team culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and Manage relationships with suppliers/customers 

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance visibility 

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities 

• Monitor brand performance and make adjustments as required 

• Analyse client data to identify opportunities for growth

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in sales, account or brand management and range development ideally in FMCG, healthcare, or pharmacy sectors

• Experience in negotiations with a strong track record of building relationships which have made a significant contribution to the overall profit of a Company.
