Our Adelaide Showroom is one of our 10 luxury boutique locations across Australia and we cannot wait to welcome more expert Bridal Stylists to our skilled team. 

Luv Bridal is proud to stock a wide range of elegant gowns ranging in sizes 2-28 from Australian and International designers. Our Bridal Stylists are high performing salespeople who are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for all of our valued brides. 

ABOUT YOU

A passion for providing a luxury client experience and creating memorable moments for the most important day of a bride's life is key. You will be a determined salesperson and align with our company values including; inclusivity, excellence, courage, collaboration, and authenticity.

What you will bring to the role:

• Be a motivated salesperson who can successfully find the perfect gown for every bride 

• Exceptional customer experience skills that involve the right sensitivity and emotional intelligence needed for the Bridal industry

• Ability to build meaningful client relationships to secure sales that meet individual and team KPI’s 

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience in a similar role 

• Previous fashion or styling experience is an advantage 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Bring a positive attitude that exudes grace and excellence to every brides appointment 

• Previous bridal experience is an advantage but not necessary 

• Be eager to expand your bridal knowledge to increase individual and team KPI's 

• Available to support our brides on shift during some weekdays and must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays and have all day availability for some weekdays 

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO A BRIDE’S SPECIAL DAY 

It is a privilege to hold a bride's hand through their journey! 

• Develop a wealth of knowledge regarding our extensive and inclusive gown range to enhance your selling ability 

• Use sales techniques to help a brides vision of her special day come to life 

• Carefully manage the display of our gowns to present them in an impeccable manner 

• Deliver a personalised experience for every single one of our valued brides 

• Use developed interpersonal skills to emotionally connect with a bride and their peers 

• Champion our point of difference by encouraging our inclusive size range and customisation options- we want every single bride to fall in LUV with one of our gorgeous gowns 

• Complete administration tasks such as; manage bookings, communicate with brides and track gown payments 

• Successfully manage the cleanliness of our boutique to ensure brides receive the high end experience they deserve
