Moody Kiddell & Partners are one of Australia's largest finance broking firms.  We specialise in Equipment & Property Finance and have a general Insurance Business.  We have been operating for over 40 years and focus on delivering exceptional customer service through extensive product knowledge.  We have built strong relationships with clients, lending institutions, machinery suppliers and accountants.  Our offices are located across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Support team in Brisbane & also in Melbourne to assist with general administration and operations.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide ongoing support to all sales staff in the form of administration and customer service duties.  This is a fast paced role where your time management skills will be crucial.

You will:-

  • Take care of general customer enquiries such as direct debit changes, and requesting payout letters
  • Assist our settlements team to administer the processing and collating of documents for submission to financiers
  • Input client and transaction details into various online systems
  • Develop a good rapport with all stakeholders
  • Learn our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Learn our products and facilities, to be able to understand document processing and assisting with settlements

About You:-

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • The ability to think outside the box to resolve administration issues
  • Enthusiasm to learn new technology
  • The ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Good work ethics
  • Experience in a finance admin or sales support role is preferred.
