Permanent Part-Time – 5 Days per Week (4 Hours per Day)
Location: Kangaroo Point, QLD

Are you ready to take charge of a premier residential complex while still enjoying your afternoons free? This prestigious residential complex located in beautiful Kangaroo Point, is seeking a reliable and proactive Building Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

• Hours: 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 0700 am to 1100 am .

• Committee Interaction: attend scheduled Body Corporate meetings and take A/Hrs emergency calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and general upkeep of the complex.

• Coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers.

• Managing minor maintenance tasks and identifying required repairs.

• Ensuring that common areas, facilities, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.

• Responding promptly to resident queries and concerns in a professional manner.

• Preparing and providing regular operational reports to the Body Corporate and relevant stakeholders.

• Maintaining compliance with safety and building regulations.

About You:

• Previous experience in building management, facilities management, caretaking, or a similar role.

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.

• Competency with basic computer tasks including email, reporting, and work order systems.

• Relevant qualifications and/or licences in building management or facility operations are advantageous.
