The successful candidate will supervise the company projects sites, including organising and coordinating material and human resources required.
Benefits
Salary: $110,000 plus superannuation
Full time : 38 hours per week, plus overtime
Tasks & responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
Evaluate,select, and Manage subcontractors, ensuring they are performing their work effectively and efficiently and address issues that may arise.
Assist with the ordering and delivery of construction materials.
Keep up to date with the latest health and safety guidelines and regulations and ensure enforcement on site.
Ensure that all materials and equipment are of the required quality.
Qualifications & experience
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma plus one year full time relevant experience in the last five years OR three years full time relevant experience in the last five years.
