We are currently looking for expressions of interest to work for a developing a part time roster. All you need is a safe driving record, availability to work a full day 2 to 4 days per week, and a great attitude to support your move into the bus industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist our commuters
  • Ensure safety through thorough vehicle inspections and strict adherence to NSW traffic regulations.
  • Manage OPAL validation.
  • Collaborate closely with the service delivery team to ensure safe and timely services.
  • Adhere to agreed allocated roster/days to prevent service cancellations.

About you:

Commitment to delivering a friendly customer service and a safe journey to our Eastern suburbs’ commuters. Availability to service the community at agreed hours, designed to meet our commuters needs and offering some flexibility in your day. We’d like you to also meet the following criteria:
  • First 5 weeks are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.40pm. You must be available to complete paid full-time training. (Crucial to get you safe and job ready.)
  • Valid FULL Australian driver's license for at least 12 months with safe driving history.
  • For applicants under 24 hours per week: Valid MR licence or above with safe driving history and FULL licence in Australia for at least 12 months.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks such as driving history review, medical, criminal, work rights, work references.
  • Working With Children Check or willing to obtain.
  • Current NSW Bus Driver Authority Card or willingness to obtain, (we’ll help).
  • Available to complete training for the first five weeks from 8.00am to 4.40pm Mon-Fri.
  • High level English skills (verbal and written).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Live within a reasonable distance to our depots.
