Business Administration Traineeship

Apprenticeships Queensland is seeking enthusiastic applicants for a Business Administration Traineeship with our busy host based in Capalaba. This position does require a drivers licence as you will be required to work at different company locations occasionally. 

As a Business Administration Trainee, you will learn to:

• Invoice Customers
• Liaise with various customers and suppliers
• Assist with customer walk ins, phones and online enquiries 
• Maintain records
• Provide support to the sales team
• General housekeeping and sales admin tasks
• Prepare quotes, sales orders and processing purchase orders

Key Requirements:

• Minimum p1 licence
• Genuine interest in administration
• Cert 1 or 2 in Business (experience advantageous)
• Pleasant phone manner
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to interact with people of all ages
