Business Analyst, Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority

QRIDA is seeking an experienced and proven performer with experience in process mapping along with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. For the full selection criteria, please refer to the role description attached.

As Business Analyst, you will establish and maintain a consistent, efficient approach to mapping, training, storing, updating and quality assurance of business processes and administer the BPM tool for the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge articles to assist end-users and business process analyst staff, ensuring that articles are clear, accurate, and up to date.
• Regularly review existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with other teams and business units to gather information, share knowledge, and ensure consistent BPM service delivery.
• Ensure that knowledge articles are effectively implemented and utilised by the end users and provide training and support as needed.
• Generate and analyse reports on BPM delivery performance, knowledge article usage, and process improvements and provide insights and recommendations based on data.
