The Role:As a Business Development Coordinator at CJC Management (CJC), you will play a key role in supporting the business development process by coordinating and managing the preparation of tenders, proposals, and bids. With your technical expertise and content writing skills, you will craft clear, compelling proposals and presentations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Identify, review, and respond to tender opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information for proposal development.Lead the creation of clear, concise, and technically accurate proposals and presentations tailored to meet client needs.Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, impactful, and aligned with project requirements.Ensure all tenders comply with industry regulations, client specifications, and company policies.Manage the proposal development process from inception to submission, meeting all deadlines.Conduct thorough quality reviews to guarantee the accuracy and professionalism of submissions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, technical writing, and content creation (experience in Construction and Engineering is advantageous but not required).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical content.Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various departments.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes.
