Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or leadgeneration, preferably in the software services industry. You will be responsible for identifying newbusiness opportunities, engaging potential clients, and contributing to the company’s revenuegrowth.
Key Responsibilities● Lead Prospecting - Qualify potential clients through various channels which the leadgeneration team will share● Outreach & Engagement - Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understandtheir business needs and introduce our services.● Appointment Setting - Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.● Willing to Travel - Travel as per the business requirements to meet clients and attendindustry events.● Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, andopportunities in the CRM.● Collaboration - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreachstrategies and improve conversion rates.● Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential client needsto enhance engagement strategies.
Skills & Qualifications● 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and email campaigns.● Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot,Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.● Experience with software services sales is a must.● Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter.
