As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong technical foundation—ideally a graduate engineer with at least 5 years’ experience—who is ready to step into a commercially focused role. This is a great opportunity for someone with the credibility to engage confidently with engineers, consultants, and technical decision-makers across multiple industries.

About the Role

This is a technical sales role where your engineering knowledge will underpin your ability to identify opportunities, offer consultative solutions, and grow our presence in commercial markets. You’ll work across sectors such as HVAC/building services, water treatment, agriculture, irrigation, and aquatics—representing market-leading products backed by two trusted brands.

You will be supported by a collaborative internal team and will be actively involved in client visits, solution design discussions, and tender preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors

  • Build relationships with consultants, specifiers, engineers, and contractors

  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs

  • Work closely with senior sales and product teams to deliver effective solutions

  • Contribute to proposals, quotes, and presentations to support the sales cycle

  • Keep up to date with product innovations, industry trends, and competitor offerings

  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting activities

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, environmental, or related)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, project delivery, or engineering consulting

  • Strong understanding of pumping systems, HVAC, or water infrastructure solutions

  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and industry professionals

  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits across NSW (and occasionally interstate)
