With strong growth across Australia, we’re expanding our reach in Sydney – and we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to grow and manage the NSW territory.

The Role
We’re on the hunt for a driven Business Development Executive who thrives being on the road, meeting customers, and closing deals. You’ll take charge of developing new business opportunities, growing our customer base, and strengthening relationships with trade professionals and contractors across Sydney and surrounds.

Reports to: National Sales and Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build relationships with flooring contractors and trade customers

• Demonstrate and sell our machinery and equipment on-site

• Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.

• Collaborate with the broader sales, marketing and customer service teams.

• Drive growth in the Sydney / NSW region

What You’ll Bring

• A “hunter” mindset – proactive, driven, and motivated by results.

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally in construction, tools, or industrial sectors.

• Confidence in dealing with trades and business owners.

• Confident presenter, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• A current NSW driver's license.
