Business Development Lead

The Opportunity:
Techforce urgently require an experienced Business Development Lead for our Mining and Civil client responsible for;

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their mining needs and potential difficulties.
• Present and promote the client's range of mining and civil services, demonstrating a deep understanding of our value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with our experienced Technical Services team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• General promotion of the Company aligned with its growth strategy.
• Instigate targeted marketing campaigns incorporating interstate site visits.
• Identify and assist to create content for print or digital media to assist with client interactions.
• Maximise public relations and networking opportunities.
• Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:

• Previous experience in Mining is a  MUST
• 5+ years Business Development or similar experience
• Mix of B2B, B2C and Strategic marketing
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis

The Process
  
All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend a face to face interview and pass a full pre-employment medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to employment.
