Job Title:Business Development Specialist (Lead Generation & B2B Sales) – Australia Market Job Description:We are Airwheel Australia, an innovative brand offering smart, rideable electric luggage. Our goal is to expand our footprint across major Australian retailers.We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to generate leads, pitch our products, and help us secure partnerships with top retailers across Australia. Responsibilities:Identify and research relevant retail targets.Build a high-quality list of decision-makers and buyer contacts in target companies.Reach out to prospective retail buyers through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling where appropriate.Pitch Airwheel's product range (especially our innovative rideable luggage for adults and kids).Arrange meetings, introductions, and product presentations between Airwheel and interested buyers.Help prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership materials if needed.Provide weekly reports on progress, outreach, and lead status. Requirements:Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales, especially in retail or consumer electronics sectors.Strong understanding of the Australian retail landscape.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Comfortable working independently and hitting clear targets.Previous experience working with big box retailers is a major plus. Project Scope:This is a performance-driven role, focused on securing meetings and opening doors.Flexible working hours — results and quality matter more than time spent.Initial contract for 1-2 months with possible extension or retainer based on success.
