Business Development Manager

Commission Only Sales Role

• Technology Sales: either selling SaaS (Software As a Service) or Tech Professional Services / Consulting

• Part Time Role (min 50% of working week) OR Full-Time. All BDM's are on Long Term Contracts (years)

• Most suitable for a Sales Person/BDM with lots of Positive Attitude, Driven to Achieve and Charismatic to build rapport and be liked by everyone.

• You're the CEO of your Sales Territory. You call the shots on how it runs AND you get our Sales Advice/Coaching

Potential commissions from $150,000 to $220,000 in the year if you work it well and are highly experienced.

A pre-sales engineer or principal consultant will help you with the tech. You are the commercial expert to get sales done.

This is an Outsourced Sales/BDM Service: You work in our business but you sell for one or two of our Clients.

We include an SDR for prospecting so you can both hunt from the best target list of prospects

Inclusions:

You are supported through our Sales Practice and will have access to:

- SDR for combined prospecting (you must do prospecting too)

- Sales Coaching

- Deal Advice / Assistance

- Sales Training and Mentoring

- Virtual Assistants for ad-hoc data mining and lead generation help

- Plus we’re often signing up new clients who you could work with in future

Some BDM’s work for 2 clients and make more.

We coach and advise many BDM’s and CEO’s in Sales, and believe there’s buyers, prospects and sales deals everywhere. We don’t profess in the “sales closers” mentality because consistent sales are won from great sales people (BDM's) who know what they're doing.

Note: In the future you may be able to switch into another partner business of ours, as we’re regularly winning new sales partnerships and always want great BDM’s.
