Job Description

 WLA is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market reach, and build strong Corporate and Government client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2G opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and position WLA’s solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships, providing tailored business solutions.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives, manage pipelines using Salesforce CRM, and exceed KPIs.
  • Represent WLA at industry and networking events, enhancing market presence and brand credibility.
  • Collaborate internally to refine sales strategies and drive operational excellence.
  • This role may require travelling within Australia
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in building business value through business development activities with 5+ years sales/business development experience at a senior level 
  • Strong communication, presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills 
  • Knowledge of modern business practices, including ability to develop new and innovative opportunities for growth and improvement 
  • Proficiency in MS office and Salesforce 
  • Knowledge of corporate training environment and competitor landscape is an advantage
