Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Nettlefold Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential clients, expanding our network, and creating long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the senior management team to help shape the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to add new clients to our portfolio.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new areas of growth.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build the company’s profile and network with potential clients.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to meet company goals and contribute to business strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/BD role.

  • Strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of Tier one Mining Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Manufacturing is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
